Living in the High Desert since 1980 has allowed me to see huge changes & growth. I have been a real estate agent since 2000, and am now a multi-million dollar producer! In 2016 was Realtor of the year for my company, thanks to my clients. In 2020 & 2021 I was honored to be in the Hall of Fame for First Team Real Estate. Prior to being a Realtor I worked in the mortgage business for 2 years, which has given me an insight in the lending aspect. I have earned my SFR, Short Sales & Foreclosure Resource Certification and REALTORS who have earned the SFR certification know how to help sellers maneuver the complexities of short sales as well as help buyers pursue short sale and foreclosure opportunities. The certification program includes training on how to qualify sellers for short sales, negotiate with lenders, protect buyers, and limit risk.
